My name is Charlotte and I am a qualified Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (TCM), as well as Universal Healing (Reiki) Practitioner. I am deeply passionate about holistic health care and endeavour to provide an open and empathetic space for healing, where you feel safe, supported, seen and heard. .
I believe that health and wellbeing extends beyond our physical body to our mental/emotional and energetic bodies and that healing often requires recognition and understanding of all these aspects that make us divinely Human.
The practice of TCM is centred in establishing balance and ensuring the smooth, free-flow of Qi and Blood within the body. It recognises the person as whole and never underestimates the influence of our emotional state on our physical being and vice-versa. Each treatment is tailored specifically to the individual, as we are all unique and we are all constantly in a state of change and flow.
I will work with you to uncover underlying blockages and bring focus to a ‘root cause’ approach, assisting you to peel back the layers as you move towards a more healthy and vibrant state of well-being.

Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body to help bring the body back into balance and treat a wide range of different ailments including women’s health, pain related issues, insomnia, mental-health, digestive issues, stress, spors recovery and more.
Treatment may include a combination of either acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, electro acupuncture, Chinese dietary advice and herbs

Reiki is a form of energetic healing that works to balance and promote flow through the body’s energy centres (chakras) to promote well-being.
The body’s chakras process energetic vibrations between the outer world and the physical body and soul. When balanced, energy can flow freely through the chakras, harmonising the mind, body and spirit. When chakras are blocked, imbalances can cause mental, physical, emotional and spiritual ailments.

A combination of acupuncture (tiny needles for children), acupressure, Moxibustion, Tui na (Chinese massage) and reiki (if both you and your child consents) is utilised to assist in bringing the body back into balance.
If a child is afraid of needles- no worries, specific acupressure tools can work with equal effect to needles.
Paediatric acupuncture may assist with issues such as: Digestive issue, sleep disturbances, hyper-activity/ADHD, bed-wetting, growth delays, physical pain/ailments, asthma, skin issues, recurrent colds/virus’s + more

Herbal medicine and Chinese dietary advice is included as part of initial and follow-up acupuncture sessions where applicable

Cupping uses glass cups which suction the skin and muscle inwards to move stagnant blood and removes toxins from the muscle to treat chronic pain, headaches, fluid retention and cellulite.

Acupuncture Cosmetic Consultation. Thin needles are placed along the face and into facial muscles to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin and bags under the eyes. The stimulation of acupuncture signals a release of collagen, blood and Qi to rush to the area of the pin, leaving it looking plumper, fresh and bright. Body support points may also be incorporated.
